Click on a grade level under Health Education for a list of media-related outcomes and links to supporting resources from the Media Awareness Network site. (Note: as many of our lessons can be adapted to suit different grade levels, specific lessons may be listed for more than one grade. Teachers should also note that individual lessons often satisfy a number of learning outcomes.)

The Northwest Territories has developed a Tobacco Education Program that teachers can integrate into their Health curriculum in Grades 3 to 9. The program makes grade specific correlations to tobacco education and includes lessons and resources for teachers to use in the classroom. MNet has an extensive collection of tobacco related lessons and resources that complement the Tobacco Education Program. Teachers can access these resources in the lesson library by searching by either subject (tobacco) or grade.
